Processing your online purchase
Every transaction at Ukrop's Dress Express is confidential. When you
click the checkout button on the shopping cart page to begin your order
our security features execute automatically. We ask for your name, address,
and contact information; we ask for credit card information in order
to process and fill your order. We will not share any of your personal
information with any other companies.
Credit Card Billing
Ukrop's Dress Express has a secure online credit card ordering process.
Please read our 5 Easy Steps below for all the details.

Decide whether
you want text embroidery or full
duplication of your custom logo.

Email, mail
or fax your business or non-profit's name (for text lettering) or
a copy of your logo (for full logo creation). Note: A Ukrop's Dress
Express representative will contact you with stitch count information
and set-up fees associated with your logo. (see
chart)

| 3) |
Within 10 business
days, we will UPS an embroidered swatch of your text or logo for
your approval. (Note: Your credit card will be charged the logo
setup fee at this point.)

| 4) |
After we receive
your approval either by email, fax, or return mail, we can begin
to embroider your products.

| 5) |
Your embroidered
garments will arrive via UPS approximately 15 business days after
we receive your approval. (Note: Your credit card will be charged
for your garments and decorating costs when your product is shipped.)

Email security
You will receive an Email confirmation of your order. You will also
receive a call from your sales representative regarding shipment. Please
be sure your contact information is complete and accurate!
Information we do not share with others
Ukrop's Dress Express does not sell, trade, or share Email addresses
or any other information gathered during the online purchase process.
We do not belong to any groups that give other companies access to your
personal information. We do not release any personal information to
be used by other companies. Quite simply, your personal information
